I’ve been unhappy with the way we’ve handled online proofing for a while, but changing it is such a massive undertaking that I’ve resisted doing anything about it…until now. I think this new solution meets our “faster and better” goal in several different ways: First, it provides a much simpler way to view and search your proofs and order prints. It will also allow us to lower our print prices…and provide free shipping on every order…yes, I said free. Most importantly for us, it gives us back final quality control over the prints we send out, ensuring that we deliver only the highest quality product.
