We’re always looking for newer, faster, and better ways to serve our clients. This means that we are constantly tweaking things to give you the best experience possible, from the first time we talk to the time we deliver the final results. A big part of that is proofing. I’ve been unhappy with the way we’ve handled online proofing for a while, but changing it is such a massive undertaking that I’ve resisted doing anything about it…until now. If you click on the PROOFS link on the website, you will be redirected to our new proofing site. I think this new solution meets our “faster and better” goal in several different ways: First, it provides a much simpler way to view and search your proofs and order prints. It will also allow us to lower our print prices…and provide free shipping on every order…yes, I said free. Most importantly for us, it gives us back final quality control over the prints we send out, ensuring that we deliver only the highest quality product.
Go check it out and let us know what you think. If you have any questions about the proofing site, or the process, drop us a line anytime!
If you still have an active gallery on the old site, don’t worry, you can still access it here.

Our five-year old, Carter, is completely wedding obsessed lately. I suppose in some weird way she wants to be like daddy (except for the dress and veil, of course). I have a huge stack of wedding magazines on my desk (it’s research), and she LOVES to pour through them…so when I came home a couple of weeks ago, I found these…

Admittedly, her style is all over the place; but she’s got a little time to sort it out. Seriously though, how cute is a pre-schooler’s inspiration board???
She also loves watching Say Yes to the Dress with us (again…research). I knew that my friends at Southern Weddings were dress shopping at Kleinfeld this weekend, so in an effort to be the cool dad, I mentioned that “daddy knows someone who went there to find a wedding dress.” She got all excited and then proceeded to ask “is that her, daddy?” with each bride that was on the show. I wonder what Randy would think of the Minnie Mouse look…

Our baby turned one last month, and as usual Maribeth completely outdid herself planning and throwing the perfect party! I’ll have lots of great shots of all the details soon, but I thought this would make a nice little teaser…
